Men's Breakfast
Join Deacon Mike for breakfast, fellowship and prayer at the St. Gabriel men's breakfast this Saturday August 27 at 8:30 in the four-plex. The topic of the initial meeting will be: "The Father - Son Relationship Part II".

Food Pantry Collection This Weekend
Our monthly food pantry collection for Mercy's Gate is this weekend. Needed food items include: baking ingredients, boxed meals (Hamburger Helper, Pasta Helper, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, etc.), canned vegetables (please no corn or green beans), canned fruit, large cans of Chunky soup and chili, crackers, jelly, Jell-O, canned meats and pasta (Spam, canned ham, tuna, Spaghetti-O's) and spaghetti sauce.  Needed nonfood items include: deodorant, face soap, personal hygiene products, shampoo, toothbrushes, tooth paste and laundry detergent.  Your support of this vital program is greatly appreciated!  Food may be dropped off at the Knights of Columbus trailer located in front of the church.

Briarfest Silent Auction Baskets
If you signed up to make a basket for the Briarfest Silent Auction please get them into the office by August 31.  Thanks for your support and for helping make Briarfest a huge success.

Knight of Columbus Breakfast This Weekend
Join you fellow parishioners for breakfast after the 8:30am Mass on Sunday.  Breakfast is provided free of charge by our Knights of Columbus council.  Donations accepted.

Sunday: Knight of Columbus free breakfast after the 8:30am Mass.

Sun/Mon: Faith Formation classes
Upcoming Events.
Wed, Aug 31:  Eucharistic Adoration from 10am - 7pm. Pray the   rosary and Divine Mercy chaplet after the 12:15 Mass.     Children's hour at 2 pm. Pray the rosary at 6:15 pm.     Evening Prayer and Benediction start at 6:40 pm.
