This Evening - Annual Sloppy Joe Supper
St. Gabriel Ladies Ministry's annual SLOPPY JOE SUPPER, T-SHIRT & SOCK DRIVE will be held tonight (Saturday, January 21st) after the 5 pm Mass. Supper is free however donations are welcome. All donations will benefit the Marian House. Everyone is invited to bring men's white socks & large size men's t-shirts that will be donated to the Marian House. Members of the Ladies Ministry will be in the Narthex after all
Masses on 21 & 22 January to collect t-shirts, socks & monetary donations, for the Marian House. The recipe for the Sloppy Joe Supper that will be served is in the Ladies Ministry cookbook. The cookbook can be purchased at the supper. We hope you will bring the family to our Annual Sloppy Joe Supper, T-shirt & Sock Drive!!

Young Adult Ministry
Monday 1/23/17 from 6:30-8:30pm @ St. Gabriel's Parish All young adults in their 20's & 30's are invited for an evening of prayer and fellowship with our Bishop Michael Sheridan. A Beacon of Faith - Mission Forward - Wine and Dessert Evening
Join us for a one-night small group meeting to discuss the future building and capital campaign, "Mission Forward". It will be an evening of information and sharing the good news about the work the Holy Spirit is accomplishing through our parish!   We will also enjoy Wine and Desserts together.
These evenings are meant to be informative, but also a joy filled time to meet other parishioners who, like you, help make our mission successful.  Our gatherings are limited to just 30 guests and will be held in the overflow at church.  Our presentation, along with some time to answer your questions, should last no longer than an hour.

Gabriel's Gifts Food Pantry Drive - Jan 28 & 29
Our monthly food pantry collection for Mercy's Gate is next weekend. Please pick up a bin after mass today and bring your donation when you come to mass next weekend. Needed food items include: baking ingredients, boxed meals (Hamburger Helper, Pasta Helper, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, etc.), canned vegetables (please no corn or green beans), canned fruit, large cans of Chunky soup and chili, crackers, jelly, Ramen noodles, canned meats and pasta (Spam, canned ham, tuna, Spaghetti-O's) and spaghetti sauce. Needed nonfood items include: deodorant, face soap, personal hygiene products, shampoo, toothbrushes, tooth paste, sandwich size plastic bags and laundry detergent.
