Help Change Hymnals
On Sunday, April 2nd, immediately following the 4:30pm Mass, the readings portion of the hymnal will be updated for Palm Sunday, Triduum and the Easter Season.  This is a great service project for families.  If you could help with this project, please gather in the nave at 5:30pm.  We’ll be done in less than an hour.

Divine Mercy 101 Movie

Would you like to prepare to receive the full graces of Divine Mercy Sunday? Would you like to learn more about the Message and the 5 Devotions of Divine Mercy? Then JOIN US to watch the movie: Divine Mercy 101 by Fr. Chris Altar, with the Marians of the Immaculate Conception on Sunday, April 2, 2017 after the 4:30pm Mass in the St. Monica Room.

Christ’s Cross Before Me
Come hear Dr. Tasha Gefresh talk about the early history and art of the cross through the 8th and 9th century movement that brought prominence to the symbol with high crosses as well as the special reverence we give the cross on Good Friday. Tasha Gefresh completed her PhD in the History of Art at the University of Edinburgh in 2015; her thesis was on the very first of the “Irish High Crosses,” those on the island of Iona, Scotland. The talk will take place Thursday April 6 from 7-8pm in the St. John Vianney Room.
