The 177 Project-Adoration across the Nation.

This fall, the 177 Project is partnering with 22 different artists to bring an evening of Eucharistic Adoration and music to every single diocese in the US!

On September 28 Saint Gabriel will host this event!

Children's Choir Rehearsals have begun for Fall Semester and Christmas!

REHEARSALS are on WEDNESDAYs, 5:15-6:00 pm. Students in grades 1-5 who love to sing and want to improve their abilities are invited to participate in St. Gabriel the Archangel Children's Choir.  This choir meets on Wednesday evenings, from 5:15-6:00pm, in the St. Cecilia Room, and is beginning to prepare for the fall semester and Christmas Eve Mass. Parents are required to sign children in and out in the rehearsal room, so please accompany your child to the room. Celebrate St. Gabriel’s Feast Day by Feeding the homeless at Marian House Soup Kitchen

For the past few years, our parish has sponsored the Marian House Soup Kitchen on September 29, the feast day of St. Gabriel. We invite you to help us demonstrate our faith in action by volunteering at the soup kitchen on that day. The feast falls on a Saturday this year, making it easier for you to lend a hand if you work. There are two shifts to choose from: 7 to 10 am and 10 am to 2 pm.  To sign up, please contact Doug Rouse at 719-866-6286.  Our parish name will be posted on the sponsorship marque outside of the Marian House, in the Catholic Charities newsletter, and on their website.  A photo will be taken with volunteers under the sign that will be posted on social media.  Thank you!

Date Night is Back! Join us for a Wedding Reception.

When:  Friday, September 21, 2018 from 6pm-8pm Where:  St. Gabriel

Four-plex Who:  All married, engaged, or dating couples

Details:  Deacon Andy will facilitate a Beloved Series presentation “Christ at the Center”. Dress for a wedding reception.  Married couples please bring a wedding photo and your toasting glasses.  Cake and champagne/sparkling cider will be provided.  Door prizes will be drawn.  Please bring a food dish to share. Childcare will be provided in the overflow rooms across the hallway.  Pizza will be provided. Please provide for any child with special dietary needs. Please RSVP for childcare by Monday, Sep 17.  Space is limited.
