Sack Lunch Food Drive Next Weekend - Marian House - May 16-17
Your food pantry donations next week will help Marian House feed the homeless.
Due to social distancing restrictions, Marian House has suspended its dining room meal service and instead is offering sack lunches to the people who depend on their services. They distribute 350-400 lunches each day and are in dire need of additional supplies. Our Gabriel' s Gifts collection next weekend will help replenish their pantry.
The collection hours are Saturday, May 16 from 4:00-5:00 pm and Sunday, May 17, from 8:30-10:30 am. Please bring your donations to the church and leave them on the curb in the roundabout. Members of The Knights of Columbus will place them in the trailer.

Requested Items
The following items are in critically short supply: bottled water, single serve chips, fruit cups, canned tuna and canned chicken.
Other needed items include granola bars, peanut butter, jelly, sliced bread, mustard, mayonnaise, baby food (jars or squeeze tubes), plastic spoons, sandwich bags, paper lunch bags, plastic wrap, Styrofoam containers with lids (e.g. coffee cups), nitrile food service gloves (all sizes), and plastic grocery bags.
Your generosity during this crisis has been tremendous. Thank you for feeding our community!

You can also donate cash online and select Catholic Charities where food can be purchased pennies on the dollar.
